NURSE DIRECTOR – Full Time
The Director of Nursing oversees the provision of patient care and medical services operations and performs patient care, under the licenses and direction of the Medical Director while working alongside the Executive Director, Center Directors, Administrative Nurse, and medical staff.
Some requirements include:
- Holds a current Registered Nurse’s License in good standing with the State Medical Board with at least 1 year of experience (experience in obstetrical nursing preferred)
- The Director of Nursing is responsible for the immediate supervision of Life Choices’ medical functions under the direction
and orders of the Medical Director and Executive Director.
a. Planning and performing direct and indirect nursing interventions,
b. Supervising, organizing, planning, assessing, and monitoring the medical services provided by Life Choices
Pregnancy Medical Center. - Oversees education, trainings, and assessments of medical staff (includes volunteers), center directors and advocates to
ensure best practices related to care and safety of patients. - Works in conjunction with physicians, nurses, and client advocates ensuring that patients are receiving the best medical,
nursing, and physiological care possible.

MEN’S SERVICES DIRECTOR
Life Choices seeks a compassionate, capable, results-oriented leader to serve as the Men’s Services Director. The Men’s Services Director will spearhead the development of this department and future programs, mentor and support male clients facing unexpected pregnancy, and help recruit, interview, train, and support Men’s Coaches.
Some requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or work experience
-Two-year minimum experience working in an administrative setting within management/supervisory role - Must have experience as a parent
- Has compassion for young men facing fatherhood challenges in today’s society
- Preference given to candidates with coaching or mentoring experience

STAFF NURSE – Full and Part Time Needed
The staff nurse will work alongside the Director of Nursing to provide nursing services to the clients at Life Choices. The staff nurse will provide a Christ-like, safe and confidential environment for her patients. They will conduct their duties in a manner that is consistent with the mission and goals of Life Choices. They will maintain a current Colorado Registered Nurse License, CPR Certification, and other licenses as may be required by the State of Colorado. They will be familiar with, and abide by the Medical Clinic Policies and Procedures, and Standing Orders as put forth by the Medical Director. Will attend staff meetings as required.
Some requirements include:
- Holds a current Registered Nurse’s License in good standing with the State Medical Board with at least 1 year of experience (experience in obstetrical nursing preferred)
- Has completed a recognized Nurse Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound course. Training may be provided, if needed.
